Daher TBM 900

Charter a Private Flight on the Daher-Socata TBM 900 Turboprop

Air Charter Advisors provides on-demand charter services on the Daher TBM 900, a single-engine turboprop with seating for 4 passengers and 2 crew, a range of nearly 1,000 nautical miles, and speeds up to 330 knots.

The Daher TBM 900, formerly known as the Socata TBM 900, was introduced in 2014 and replaced the popular TBM 850 in Daher’s production line-up, which had totaled more than 300 deliveries worldwide since 2006.

The new design built upon the foundation of the TBM with more than two dozen new modifications to create the fastest civilian turboprop in world – the Epic E1000 surpassed the record in 2020 with a speed of 333 knots, while the Pilatus PC-21 advanced trainer holds the turboprop-powered record at 370 knots.

The 900 series is still in production today, with the TBM 910 taking the place of the 900 in the Daher family as of July 2022.

Aircraft Details

The Daher TBM 900 offers an improved interior for passengers, an upgraded flight deck for pilots, and outstanding efficiency and performance.

The TBM 900 offers seating for up to 5 passengers during single-pilot operation, and 4 passengers for charter flights within a comfortable, quiet, air-conditioned cabin.

Cabin noise is lower significantly with noise reduction features and lower vibration levels, offering a quieter ride compared to the TBM 850.

The 900 model climbs to it’s ceiling of 31,000 feet in just under 20 minutes, covers a range of 1,400 nautical miles (NBAA IFR reserves), and can land using a 3,000 foot runway at notoriously challenging airports.

Thanks to its outstanding speed of 330 knots, the TBM 900 can effectively compete against light jets – Aviation Week found it to be faster on a 600 nmi (1,100 km) mission while burning 26% less fuel when compared to the Cessna Citation Mustang.
