Aircraft Details

The Beechcraft Hawker 800XP (H25B) is a stalwart in private and business aviation. Production began in 1995 and continued through 2006, developed by British Aerospace and assembled by Hawker Beechcraft.

During its production run, 475 Hawker 800XPs were sold for between $10m—$13.5 million. By July of 2018, 467 of them were still in service, and valued between $1.4m—$2.4 million.

Today, the 800 XP is one of the most versatile and reliable mid-size aircraft you can charter, combining proven value, flexibility, safety, and comfort, along with making a popular private jet for luxury and corporate flights.

Ideally suited for both short and long-distance charter flights, the Beechcraft Hawker 125-800XP has received subtle upgrades over the years to improve overall flight quality and performance capabilities.

It’s takeoff and landing runway requirements of 5,200 feet and 3,700 feet, respectively, allow it to operate at a large number of private jet hubs.

While it’s physical appearance remains largely identical to the original 800, the 800XP has upgraded engines winglets to extend its range by 100 nm compared to the 800 – two powerful AlliedSignal TFE731-5BR-1H engines provide 4,500 pounds of thrust, reaching 40,000 feet in merely 20 minutes, and cruising at speeds of nearly 450 knots.

Comfortably seating eight passengers, its interior cabin space is the largest in its class with surround sound entertainment system and mini galley. Common cabin layouts include a four-person club section, a three-person divan, and a front-facing seat.

All seats are adjustable/swivel and offer standup headroom along the entire length of the cabin. Interior details such as rich wood panels, and 48 cubic feet of storage space is available for up to eight roller bags, or 6 suitcases and four sets of golf clubs.

For pilots, systems include the Rockwell Collins Pro Line 21 avionics suite, Honeywell SPZ-8000 flight information system, terminal collision avoidance system (TCAS II), ground proximity warning system (GPWS), GPS, High-Frequency communications, and dual auto-pilot.
